💰 $40,000+ EXPECTED ANNUAL INCOME
This position offers competitive base pay PLUS performance-based bonus opportunities, no commission structure
Automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person!
🔧 YOUR ROLE
As a Subaru Express Service Advisor, you will be the face of the service department for our Express Service customers. You’ll help create a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Responsibilities Include
- Greet customers and identify their service needs
- Write and present repair orders
- Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance and necessary services
- Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service process
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure an efficient workflow
- Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Work toward established performance and customer satisfaction goals
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive knowledge is a plus — we’ll train the right person!
- NO WEEKENDS
Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekends: OFF
