We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist with strong English communication skills to join a dynamic technology environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, comfortable working with internal systems, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do

• Handle and resolve support tickets related to payments, rebates, incentives, and partner inquiries.
• Communicate with partners, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing.
• Assist with payment reprocessing and updating partner information to maintain accurate records.
• Investigate issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure a high level of service quality.
• Learn and work confidently with internal systems and business processes.

What We’re Looking For

• English level B2 or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• A technical mindset and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Flexibility to work late or night shifts occasionally to support international/US-based teams.
• Previous experience in service delivery, customer support, operations, payments, or a similar environment is an advantage.

What We Offer

• €1,300 - 1,400 gross monthly salary, depending on the experience
• Performance bonus of up to €80 gross
• €3.50 additional gross per night-shift hour
• Fully paid training in English, remote
• Mostly remote working, with 1 day per week in the Sofia office or during occasional client visits
• Full-time employment
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Standard shift: 15:00–00:00, including a 1-hour break
• Occasional late shift: 18:00–02:00
• Approximately 90% of shifts are 15:00–00:00, with later shifts expected only occasionally
• Saturday work is very rare (approximately once every 6–7 months)
• Bank holiday work paid at double rate
