KDB Developer

KDB+ Developer to Barclays' Markets Technology function, providing first-line operational coverage across US market hours. The service will encompass real-time monitoring of the KDB+ estate, data quality assurance, EOD job oversight and data interrogation across all supported asset classes — Equities, Credit, QIS, FX, Rates, Structured Products and Prime. In addition, the deployed consultants will apply SRE practices to incrementally improve Barclays' operational monitoring capabilities, working in close collaboration with the Barclays KDB+ Core team. The service is scoped as an operational support function and explicitly excludes KDB+/Q development, platform architecture, standard library development and bespoke reporting.
