Maximize the utilization of external information and internal resources to drive value conversion and contribute to sustainable revenue growth. 工作目标：依据既定客户及属地划分，为内、外部客户及内部业务团队提供高效有力的支持；充分盘活外部信息与内部资源，推动资源价值转化，助力业务收益实现可持续增长。 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/工作职责:

• Process the PO prices in SAP and PROS system 在SAP 和PROS 系统中处理订单价格
• Download and analyze internal reports for global usage 下载并分析报表，供全球使用
• Handle Agile Tasks 处理Agile 系统的任务
• Troubleshoot order related issues 解决订单相关问题
• Back up for Inside sales representatives during absence/vacation 在内部销售/客服代表缺勤/休假时提供支持
• Prepare Sales reports as needed 根据需要准备销售报表
• Follow up on all customer inquiries and respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and other requests 跟进客户咨询，并及时响应客户问询、投诉及其他需求 No specific academic major is required. 无专业要求，英语专业优先考虑 EDUCATION:Junior college degree or above 大专及以上学历 English written/verbal communications skills, detail oriented and MS Office proficiency（Proficient in Excel）.

英语书面/口头沟通能力强，注重细节，熟练使用MS Office（主要是excel）
