- Planning and executing on-site repair services at large-scale construction sites
- Coordinate schedules and policies with service agencies.
- Service Planning Based on Customer Trend Analysis
- Monitor market and competitor service trends.
- Identify customer needs and expectations.
- Develop policies to enhance customer service convenience.
- Planning and Managing Regional CX ZONE Experience Programs
- Manage product operations in regional CX ZONEs
- Plan and execute hands-on product experience programs.
- Communication and Collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication and teamwork across departments and partners.
- Auditing Service Agencies and Improving Operational Processes
- Conduct on-site audits and monitor service quality.
- Open to both entry-level and experienced candidates; those with 1–3 years of relevant field service experience (home appliances or industrial equipment) are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering/Industrial Management. Applicants who have completed or are expected to complete a degree in one of these fields are preferred.
- Possesses a customer-friendly service mindset
- Team player with positive attitude
- Good communication skill
- Ability to utilize MS Excel and Power point (Intermediate level)
- Driver’s license is mandatory
- Must be able to travel for business to locations outside the local area
