Our clipping division turns client content into short-form volume across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. The RoleWe're hiring a Clipping Specialist to run clipping campaigns end to end. You'll recruit and manage clippers, set the briefs and rate structures, track output and views, and make sure the content actually performs instead of just existing. This is an operator role with real numbers attached. You'll be responsible for what a campaign delivers.

What You'll Do

Recruit, onboard, and manage networks of clippers Write briefs that give clippers what they need to hit the brand and the format Set rate structures — per clip, per thousand views, bonuses and tiers Track submissions, view counts, and payouts across dozens of accounts Verify authenticity and flag botted or fraudulent views before we pay Report campaign performance to account managers and clients Source and cut source material with the content team when needed Keep a pipeline of reliable clippers so campaigns can spin up fast What We're Looking For Experience running or participating in clipping campaigns Deep in TikTok, Reels, and Shorts — you know what performs and why Organized with numbers. Tracking views and payouts across many accounts without losing the thread Comfortable in spreadsheets and tracking tools Sharp eye for fake engagement and payout fraud Self-directed and fast Nice to Have Crypto, iGaming, or gaming content experience Editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects Existing network of clippers you can activate Familiarity with view-tracking and attribution tools What You Get Remote, work from anywhere Ownership of campaigns for recognizable brands Room to grow as the clipping division scales Fast decisions, no approval chains Apply through LinkedIn or reach out directly.
