Customer Support Specialist (US Retention Process)
Spanish Language Expert (Bilingual – English & Spanish)
Role Summary
We are hiring Customer Support Specialists with mandatory experience in international retention processes, particularly for US markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Research issues and resolve them effectively
- Clearly explain product/service features and benefits without reliance on scripts
- Build strong customer relationships
- Achieve qualitative and quantitative performance targets
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer support, sales, or retention (international BPO)
- Experience with US market processes (mandatory)
- Strong communication and listening skills with neutral accent
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of US credit systems (credit bureau, reports, scores) is an added advantage
- Immediate joiners only
