Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat. Your focus will be on providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring every customer receives a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and account-related requests accurately and within established service standards.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using internal support systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams following company procedures.

• Meet established quality, productivity, and response-time targets while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Keep up to date with company products, services, policies, and processes through ongoing training and continuous learning.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
