Remote Tele calling Executive - Customer Support

Location: Remote / Work From Home - Full-time

Shift: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

About the Role:

We are hiring a customer-focused and self-disciplined Telecalling Executive for a remote work role. You will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and maintaining daily reports from your own location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle high volume inbound & outbound calls to resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth customer journey.

- Make follow-up calls for open tickets, feedback, and service closure.

- Explain our products/services and assist customers with basic guidance over the phone.

- Identify potential sales / upsell opportunities during calls and pass leads to the sales team.

- Maintain accurate call logs, customer records and daily call status in Excel / Google Sheets & CRM.

- Prepare and share daily / weekly / monthly calling and performance reports.

- Escalate complex issues to the internal team when required.

- Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve service.

Must-Have Requirements:

- Own Resources: Must have your own Laptop, Smartphone with Data, and / or stable speed Wi-Fi / Broadband

- Quiet Workspace: Must have a quiet environment suitable for telecalling from home.

- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets, reporting, and CRM tools.

- Communication: Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi is a must. Clear speech, active listening and convincing ability are key.

- Experience: 6 months - 3 years in telecalling / telemarketing / voice support.

- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently in a remote setup.

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply. Prior experience in media / advertising is a plus.
