Major/Essential Functions
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow guidelines to provide patient documents accurately
- Data entry for patient information
- Responsible for obtaining consents and records to patients
- Office related experience
- A High School diploma or GED.
- 1-year Customer Service, office, or related experience. Additional education may substitute for the experience requirement.
- Experience as Patient Services Specialist.
- Experience in a medical office setting.
