Role Description This full-time Customer Service Representative role is based in Milwaukee, WI. The individual in this role will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing clear information about products, orders, and therapies. Daily responsibilities include processing orders, updating customer accounts, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, production, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate service. The Customer Service Representative will support healthcare providers, clinics, and patients by troubleshooting concerns, documenting interactions, and following up to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining service standards, contributing feedback to improve customer processes, and representing Pure Medical’s patient-centered values in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in customer-facing roles
- Capacity to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and manage orders effectively.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring timely, empathetic, and solution-oriented interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and clear documentation of customer interactions.
- Comfort using CRM or order management systems, basic computer literacy, and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail, including accurate data entry and follow-through on commitments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a hybrid schedule in Milwaukee, WI.
- Previous experience in healthcare, medical devices, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
- Bachelor Degree is required; with a focus on business, healthcare, or a related area is an advantage.
