We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support for our various medication management products. This is a unique opportunity to shape critical technologies that healthcare professionals depend on every day.
This position reports to the Product Support Supervisor and is based in Portland, Oregon. During the first six months, the role requires full-time, on-site training. Upon successful completion of the training period, the position will transition to a remote work arrangement.

As The Technical Support Specialist, You Will
- Responsible for all calls/requests for quotations, order processing, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate and manage orders to customer’s needs and production capabilities.
- Communicate with internal and external customers through various channels in a constructive, positive manner in support of Capsa’s service policy.
- Provide exemplary service to all customers, internal and external.
- Provide tier-two level technical support for customer issues concerning Capsa products or systems.
- Triage and escalate customer technical issues as necessary to additional level support.
- Process product warranty shipments.
- Receive and resolve all incoming customer complaints & concerns.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in customer service, technical support, or help desk
- BA / BS preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Firm understanding of ERP and CRM systems; Capsa currently uses Syteline and Salesforce.com
- Experience measuring AC & DC voltages with a voltmeter
