Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and online support channels
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve account questions, and process service requests
• Maintain accurate customer information and update records within internal systems
• Monitor support requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
• Research account information and assist with administrative projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and support daily operations
• Cross-train in additional responsibilities to provide team support as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1–3 years of customer service, client support, or administrative experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable learning new technology and working in multiple software systems
• Professional, dependable, and eager to grow within a collaborative environment
