We offer in our product range; economy and business class seats, galleys, lavatories, and in-flight entertainment and satellite internet (IFEC) systems for commercial aircrafts. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from engineering faculties,
  • Min. 4 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Preferably experienced in after-sales services, customer support, technical support, or project management within the aviation, defense, automotive or high-technology industries,
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English,
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
  • Strong business follow-up capabilities,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP is preferred,
  • Experience with after-sales service processes, warranty management, maintenance and repair activities, and technical support services,
  • Strong communication skills and high energy and motivation to work in a challenging environment,


Responsibilities

  • Day to day Follow up of Customer Inquiries
  • Spare part catalogue definition and spare parts pricing management (competition analysis, price strategy development, financial analysis) knowledge
  • Key-user know-how in IT development projects of spare parts processes
  • Responsible of following up AOG orders
  • Ability to understand and improve cross-departmental processes in interdisciplinary teams
  • Customer centric mind-set
  • Coordination of activities to resolve customer complaints/dissatisfaction,
  • Preparing quotations as per client RFQs
  • Providing customers on product shortages, expected delivery dates etc.
  • Be highly ambitious, curious, and passionate about work
