Customer Care Representative

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description Summary： To prepare quotes, enter orders, manage commercial risks and coordinate with customers/internal functions to ensure a smooth and timely fulfillment process for service orders in China & SEA region.

Job Description：

• Respond to customers' quote requests and coordinate response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
• Create orders in SAP system and manage orders, backlog, payment, shipment, etc.
• Manage customer database and ERP set-up workflows
• Manage risks (KYC, cash, credit checks, etc.) and disputes throughout ITR cycle
• Manage cases in salesforce effectively and efficiently in a timely manner
• Work closely and provide strong support to sales team within the region
• Manage targeted clients’ inquiries within the region and build/maintain good customer relationship
• Coordinate with different functions (finance, supply chain, engineering, service, logistics, etc) and regions (SNN, BOS, FOT, JP, SEA) within the company to fulfill orders smoothly and improve customer satisfaction level

Required Qualifications：

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Have minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Service/Supply Chain/Trading
• Be able to speak fluent English and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
• Be able demonstrate sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP) Desired Characteristics：
