[HCM] CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FOOTWEAR) – BAHASA & ENGLISH SPEAKING – GROSS INCOME UP TO VND 23,200,000

Concentrix Vietnam is expanding our international Customer Service project for a premium Footwear brand! We are looking for bilingual talents fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English to join our professional team at Flemington Tower, District 11!

1. ATTRACTIVE INCOME & BENEFITS

• Average Gross Income: VND 22,000,000 – 23,200,000 / month.
• Base Salary: VND 21,500,000 / month.
• Meal Allowance: VND 500,000 / month.
• Monthly KPI Incentive: VND 900,000 – 1,200,000 / month.
• 100% salary paid during the 2-month probation period.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, live chat, and messaging channels.
• Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and ensuring a premium, positive customer experience.
• Escalate urgent or complex cases to the relevant specialized teams when necessary.
• Clarify customer requirements and identify the root cause before providing a final resolution.
• Listen attentively to customer needs, demonstrate empathy while building rapport, and document all interactions accurately in the client's CRM system.

3. WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

• Actual Working Shift: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday – Friday).
• Days Off: Fixed off on Saturday & Sunday – Great for work-life balance!
• Work Location: The Flemington Tower - 182 Le Dai Hanh Street, Phu Tho Ward, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City.

4. REQUIREMENTS

• Language proficiency: Fluency in both Bahasa and English (Strong speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills).
• Graduated from High School or equivalent academic level.
• Customer-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, empathy, and active listening skills.
