CUSTOMER SERVICE - HOME APPLIANCES (NIGHT SHIFT)

Location: Tech Valley, Lot 46, Quang Trung Software City, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City

Income: 14,500,000 - 15,500,000 VND Gross/Month

Actual income may vary depending on working days, KPI achievement, and applicable allowances.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, chat, and messaging channels.
• Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
• Deliver a positive customer service experience.
• Escalate urgent or complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.
• Stay updated on products, processes, and customer service guidelines.

Requirements

• High School graduate or higher.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing).
• Ability to work 100% in English.

Working Schedule

• 5 working days/week (40 hours/week).
• Fixed day off on Sunday and 1 additional rotating day off.
• 9-hour shift (7.5 working hours + 1-hour meal break + 30-minute utility breaks).
• Example shift: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM.
• Shift assignment is determined by the Team Leader/Line Manager.

Project Operating Hours

• Monday - Friday: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM
• Saturday: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM
