Customer Service Representative

Concentrix Vietnam is expanding our international Customer Service project for a premium Travel App! We are looking for energetic English-speaking talents to join our dynamic team at Quang Trung Software City, District 12!

1. ATTRACTIVE INCOME & BENEFITS

• Average Gross Income: VND 10,000,000 – 12,000,000 / month.
• Base Salary: VND 7,500,000 / month.
• Complexity Allowance: VND 1,000,000 / month (Validated for "Phone line" after the 2-month probation period).
• Meal Allowance: VND 500,000 / month.
• Monthly KPI Incentive: VND 900,000 – 1,200,000 / month.
• Night Shift Allowance: 30% of base salary based on actual night-shift hours.
• 100% salary paid during the 2-month probation period.
• Full Benefits package: Premium 24/7 Accident Insurance, mandatory social insurances according to Labor Law, 13th-month salary, annual health check-ups, and 14 days of paid leave/year.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Liaise between guests and partners to resolve light complexity issues via inbound, outbound, email, chat, and messaging channels.
• Handle various travel topics such as additional travel advice, modifications, cancellations, and complaints.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
• Immediately update serious cases or inconstant situations to the management level.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and a positive guest experience.

3. WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

• Working Days: 5 days/week (any 2 days off according to the arrangement of the team leader).
• Rotating Shifts: 9 hours/shift/month (including 1.5 hours of rest).
• Day shifts: 7:00 – 16:00 | 9:00 – 18:00 | 12:00 – 21:00 | 13:00 – 22:00
• Night shifts: 19:00 – 4:00 | 20:00 – 5:00 | 21:00 – 6:00 | 22:00 – 7:00
• Work Location: QTSC Building 01 - No. 14 Street, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.

4. REQUIREMENTS

• Language proficiency: Fluency in English – 100% English working environment (Strong speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills).
• Graduated from High school or equivalent academic level.
• Customer-oriented mindset, proactive learning attitude, and good situational handling skills.
• Citizenship: Must be a Vietnamese citizen.
