What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree required – any field

✔ Customer service or call center experience

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✔ Customer-focused and professional attitude

✔ Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

✔ Comfortable working with multiple computer systems

✔ Healthcare or patient support experience is a plus, but not required
