Hiring | Technical Support Specialist
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in the Construction, Civil Engineering, Surveying, or Geomatics domain to join our team.
Location: Olathe, KS or Livermore, CA
Work Model: Hybrid
Job Type: Contract / Full-Time
What we are looking for:
- Construction industry experience or an educational background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Surveying, or a related field
- Strong experience in Technical Support or Customer Support
- Good understanding of surveying concepts and field terminology
- Knowledge of leveling methods, plane surveying, and geodetic surveying
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with customer-facing experience
- Experience supporting construction technology, surveying hardware/software, or field equipment is highly preferred
