📍 Location: Brighton, MI
💼 Type: Direct Hire
💰 Pay: $18/hour
🏢 Schedule: Onsite during training, then hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
🕙 Hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–7 PM
📅 One Saturday per month: 9 AM–1:30 PM
We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and helping people! In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for members calling with questions or needing assistance.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ At least 1 year of customer service experience
✔️ Comfortable handling approximately 50 calls per day in a call-center environment
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Stable work history
✔️ Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, bartending, or similar customer-facing roles is highly preferred
