Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. - Promote and maintain all steps of the ACES Customer Service program with each patron and employee you may come in contact with.
- Uses exceptional interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service to external and internal guests.
- Maintains a high level of productivity.
- Communicates openly with others to aid in the smooth operation of the gaming facility.
- Pays close attention to detail by accurately completing paperwork and ensures the volume of work produced in the relation to reasonable expectations.
- Must have basic computer skills. This position uses the computer for ACSC functions.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Minimum age of 21.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One plus year of relevant customer service experience required. Exceptional customer service skills required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and in a friendly manner with customers and employees at all levels. Strong organizational and problem solving skills required.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of people in the gaming facility and other industries on behalf of the players.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret routine business documents.
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
- Must be very detailed oriented.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Must qualify for the Maine Gambling Control Board license.
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
