- Monday to Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm (No weekends!)
- Training hours: 8:00am–5:00pm
- Pay rate: $22/hr
- Full training provided

- Deliver exceptional service to customers through an inbound contact center
- Use effective communication skills to exceed customer expectations via inbound phone calls, emails, faxes, and chats
- Efficiently enter and manage customer orders and address inquiries
- Multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with strong decision-making abilities to exceed customer expectations
- Call center experience preferred
- Proven problem-solving skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Motivated for professional and career growth
