We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at ParkVets, Sidcup on a full-time permanent basis.
ParkVets is a well-established, multi-site practice with a reputation for delivering outstanding veterinary care and exceptional client service. How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
Working Pattern
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. You'll be available to work across any of our seven sites, Monday to Sunday, between 7:00am and 8:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a positive, reassuring experience at every visit
- Support the clinical team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Use practice management systems alongside Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Travel between practices to provide consistent reception support across our branches
- Continually develop your skills as our services and practices evolve
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming manner
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on service and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues
- A proactive attitude, with openness to feedback and learning
- A key client-facing role within a supportive and collaborative practice team
