We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at ParkVets, Sidcup on a full-time permanent basis.

ParkVets is a well-established, multi-site practice with a reputation for delivering outstanding veterinary care and exceptional client service. Joining our reception team means becoming part of a friendly, supportive environment where you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for pets and their owners across our practices.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. You'll be available to work across any of our seven sites, Monday to Sunday, between 7:00am and 8:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a positive, reassuring experience at every visit
• Support the clinical team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
• Use practice management systems alongside Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Travel between practices to provide consistent reception support across our branches
• Continually develop your skills as our services and practices evolve
