Location: Columbus, Ohio

Pay: $19 - $20

Schedule: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy and detail-oriented Digital Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining strict data security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 10+ inbound calls daily in a fast-paced environment
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Protect sensitive client information and follow all security protocols
• Identify and escalate potential security risks when necessary
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all interactions

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume call environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
