We’re looking for someone who thrives in human connection and finds meaning in providing support with empathy and clarity.

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the friendly and informed voice behind every interaction, helping sponsors and beneficiaries stay connected and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with sponsors and partners via phone, email, and chat.
• Answer questions about the sponsorship program, donation process, and general inquiries.
• Provide timely and thoughtful support that reflects your commitment to every person.
• Collaborate with other teams (local and international) to ensure accurate follow-up and resolution of cases.
• Manage and update information across digital platforms and databases.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, social outreach, or relevant roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Spanish.
• Empathy, patience, and active listening are essential.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a detail-oriented environment.
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new platforms.
