Job Responsibilities

We're seeking a dedicated Field Engineer to manage on-site software deployments and provide technical support across the Coimbatore region. You'll be our representative ensuring successful KanakuNote implementations for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Your Role Will Include:

  • Conduct on-site software installations and configurations
  • Provide technical training to client end-users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field
  • Gather customer requirements and provide solutions
  • Maintain documentation of deployments and configurations
  • Build strong client relationships and gather feedback

Required Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • 2-4 years of field support or deployment experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of software deployments
  • Knowledge of networking, databases, and server setup
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel locally within Coimbatore region
  • A driver's license is preferred
  • Knowledge of billing/accounting software is a plus
