Full-Time | Calgary | Indoor Golf Simulators / Golf Technology

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing golf simulator business. This hands-on role blends customer service, sales, technical support, and installation assistance — you'll be a key point of contact for customers from their first inquiry through simulator selection, installation, training, and ongoing support.

No two days are the same: you might be demonstrating simulator technology to a new lead, troubleshooting a launch monitor issue, or assisting on-site with an installation.

This is a junior-level position — fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

What You'll Do

Customer Experience & Sales

• Respond to and follow up with customer inquiries and leads across phone, email, and web
• Recommend simulator equipment and configurations based on customer needs
• Deliver product demos and prepare/follow up on quotes
• Build lasting customer relationships before and after installation
• Support lead-generation and marketing initiatives; track leads and opportunities

Technical Support, Installation & Calibration

• Provide first-level support for simulator software, launch monitors, projectors, computers, displays, and sensors
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and calibration issues remotely
• Escalate complex issues to manufacturers or senior technical staff as needed
• Assist the installation team with residential and commercial simulator setups, including equipment positioning, configuration, and testing
• Use your own golf experience to support launch monitor calibration
• Train customers in operating their new system
• Support service calls, upgrades, and maintenance on existing installations

What You Bring

• Excellent communication skills and a confident, customer-focused personality
• Intermediate golf skills and solid understanding of the game of golf
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new software/equipment
• Basic troubleshooting ability and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable both in customer-facing settings and hands-on installation work
• Ability to operate simple construction/hand tools
• Must be willing to get hands-on during residential and commercial installations as needed
• Ability to travel locally for installs/service; valid driver's license is a must
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — training will be provided

Nice to Have

Experience in golf simulators/launch monitors, golf retail or instruction, customer/technical support, inside sales, consumer electronics or AV/home technology, or equipment/field service. Previous simulator experience isn't required — we'll train the right person.
