Your Role

As our Customer Service Rep - Social Media Marketing Specialist, you'll answer incoming phone calls, SMS messages, and website inquiries from customers seeking assistance, then schedule appointments and ensure requests are handled efficiently. Throughout the day, you'll also keep our social media channels active and engaging, creating a welcoming online presence that reflects the professionalism and values of Emerald Heating & Cooling.

Our Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Experience managing social media accounts for a business
• Strong customer service skills
