🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Service Representative with Italian

Are you passionate about helping customers and communicating in Italian? Join our Customer Support team and become part of a dynamic, customer-focused environment!

📍 Locations: Bucharest | Brașov | Iași

🏢 Work model: Office-based for the first 6–12 months, followed by a Hybrid model

⏰ Schedule: Rotational 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, between 08:00–20:00 (Romania time)

💬 Your mission

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide support regarding products, services, and promotions
• Assist customers with promotional codes, new product information, and general support requests
• Accurately document customer interactions and case details
• Make outbound calls for marketing campaigns, product launches, and proactive customer engagement
• Support relationships with retailers and distributors through promotional and commercial initiatives

🎯 What we’re looking for

• Italian – B2 level
• English – B1 level
• 🎓 High school diploma
• 💼 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, call center, or similar customer-facing roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer interactions
• Analytical thinking and a customer-oriented mindset
