What You’ll Do:

• Support customers in Czech via chat, email, phone, and social media channels

• Provide assistance regarding products, technical issues, and service-related questions

• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-oriented approach

• Work closely with the team to ensure high customer satisfaction and performance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Czech level C1–C2

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Comfortable using computers and learning new tools

🕒 Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 19:00

Occasional rotating Saturday shifts with compensatory day off.
