About The Role
We're looking for an Associate Application Specialist to join our Clinical Diagnostics team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in healthcare technology. You'll work with experienced team members to develop your application support, troubleshooting and customer service skills, while helping laboratories and healthcare organisations get the most from our solutions.
You'll gain exposure to customer support, technical investigations, service delivery and healthcare applications, building the foundations for a successful career in application support and customer success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide responsive and professional support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Investigate application issues, service requests and customer enquiries.
- Assist with troubleshooting and testing activities across Clinical Diagnostics solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and updates within service management systems.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide timely communication on support requests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and deliver positive customer outcomes.
- Contribute to support documentation, knowledge articles and process improvements.
- Participate in incident management and service recovery activities.
- Continuously develop your technical knowledge of healthcare and laboratory applications.
- An interest in customer support, healthcare technology, application support or service delivery.
- Laboratory experience within clinical diagnostics, pathology, healthcare or life sciences.
- A sound understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic testing processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn new systems, technologies and processes.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Exposure to software applications or information technology environments.
- A tertiary qualification (completed or in progress) in Information Technology, Business, Health Informatics, Applied Science or a related discipline
- Genuine interest in using AI tools to support troubleshooting and streamline day-to-day workflows.
