Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the defective product returns from customer's factory.
• Monitor the resources of rework(labor and warehouse and ect), and proceed the payment validation.
• Fill the complaints from customer to OSP system.
• Feedback the complaints of customer to battery factory internally.
• Provide the technical support for the representative of factory of customer.

Your Profile：

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Perfected experience in a customer service or after-sales service role before.
• English or Germany with work level.
• Basic knowledge of power battery
• Office Software
