Service & Delivery Coordinator | $70,000 - $75,000 (pro-rata) + super

Geelong | 7-Month Maternity Leave | Fixed term role ( end of Aug 2026 - Mar 2027)

Our Client is seeking a proactive, detail-driven Service & Delivery Coordinator to bridge operations between their Sales and Service teams. Managing two premier automotive franchises, you will drive vehicle delivery readiness while serving as the face of their bustling Service Department.

What You'll Do

  • Vehicle Delivery Coordination: Create internal repair orders, track pre-delivery inspections, coordinate detailing/accessory fitments, and align Sales and Workshop teams for on-time, showroom-standard deliveries.
  • Service Reception & Admin: Welcome service clients, manage phone enquiries, accurately log customer repair orders, schedule workshop bookings, process payments, and maintain accurate service records.
  • Cross-Departmental Synergy: Serve as the critical link between workshop mechanics, sales executives, and external vendors to keep daily operations moving seamlessly.

What You Bring

  • Automotive / Admin Experience: Proven background in automotive service, dealership operations, or high-volume customer administration.
  • Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with Dealership Management Systems (Auto-IT experience is a major bonus) and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Precision & Pace: Top-tier organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across teams without missing a deadline.
  • Communication: Clear, professional interpersonal skills-both face-to-face and on the phone.
