The Customer Service Support will interact with customers, process orders, and provide information in response to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Compensation Range: $21.75 - $22.50 + Bonus

You Will
- Manage inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a courteous and positive customer experience
- Assess customer needs, identify issues, and provide effective solutions and follow-up
- Process a variety of customer service transactions
- Document customer calls, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the internal ticketing system
- Collaborate with internal departments and warehouse teams to investigate and resolve customer issues
- Route and redistribute customer requests to the appropriate departments for timely resolution
- Participate in one-on-one meetings and team meetings with colleagues and management to discuss performance, priorities, and customer service initiatives
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of data entry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with using other software
- Excellent communication skills
- An outgoing personality, an eager attitude to help others
