Be the trusted first point of contact for our Business Banking customers and play an important role in helping Kiwi businesses succeed. Supporting customers across phone, email and digital channels, you’ll solve problems, identify customer needs and provide solutions that create value. You’ll build trusted relationships, deliver exceptional customer experiences, contribute to continuous improvement, and recognise opportunities to connect customers with the products, services and support that best meet their needs. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact for our customers and our business.

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a phone based, frontline or customer focused environment
• Confident in managing customer conversations across phone, email and digital channels
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and maintain positive customer relationships
• Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills with a customer first mindset
• Proficient in learning new systems, processes and products with a positive and adaptable approach
