About The Role
Our In-House Advice team is busy as ever with growing demands, we are looking for a motivated Adviser Support to join this team and help us communicate effectively and seamlessly with our prospective clients and existing members. You will be the first point of contact for referring adviser queries and will assist in various administrative tasks to support this team and the wider Distribution teams.
As an Advisor Support, you will:
- Conduct outbound calls to referred leads and schedule meetings in the In-house Advisers' calendars.
- Address queries from referring advisers and clients promptly and professionally.
- Manage multiple lead queues, ensuring attention to preferred contact times and client preferences.
- Handle inbound calls directed to the In-house Advice team with professionalism and efficiency.
- Proactively reach out to new members, ensuring they receive timely welcome calls.
- Support weekly reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all reporting activities.
Key to success in this role is the ability to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a high level of accuracy in administrative and reporting activities in a fast-paced environment.
Attributes that may help you succeed in this role:
- 2+ years in sales, call centre, customer service or equivalent role
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in administrative and reporting tasks
