About The Role
We are looking for a customer-focused professional to manage and grow strategic customer relationships across a portfolio of accounts. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, helping customers achieve their objectives while driving engagement, retention, solution adoption, and long-term value through a consultative approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted customer relationships across assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Build a strong understanding of customers' business objectives, fraud prevention, identity, compliance, and risk management priorities to position LNRS solutions effectively.
- Drive customer retention, engagement, and long-term value by delivering a consultative and customer-centric experience.
- Partner with customers to identify business challenges, investigate root causes, and coordinate appropriate internal resources to achieve successful outcomes.
- Conduct regular customer engagement activities, including face-to-face meetings, business reviews, video conferences, and telephone discussions.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customer stakeholders, including Compliance, Fraud, Risk, Operations, and executive leadership teams.
- Monitor customer health, solution adoption, product utilisation, and engagement trends to identify risks and opportunities early in the customer lifecycle.
- Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring timely engagement, commercial discussions, and retention of recurring revenue.
- Experience developing and maintaining strong customer relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to understand customer business objectives and align solutions to evolving requirements.
- Strong consultative communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing renewals, customer retention activities, and recurring revenue relationships.
- Ability to identify business challenges, investigate root causes, and coordinate internal resources to achieve customer outcomes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Support, Professional Services, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency maintaining accurate customer records, opportunities, renewals, risks, and forecasts within CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage customer commitments, escalations, and multiple priorities effectively.
Primary Location Base Pay Range: Poland - Wroclaw zł144,000 - zł267,400. Total Target Cash Range: zł172,800 - zł320,800. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
