Requirements

• Experience with SAP MM and SAP WM (localization or project background aligned to Colombia or Chile).
• Colombia or Chile localization experience needed.
• Based out of any South American country.
• Ability to support the customer from 9:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST.
• Spanish and English fluency (able to communicate clearly with stakeholders in both languages).
• Willingness to travel to Colombia or Chile based on customer request.

Projects

At Crest IT Resources LLC, we help mid-market and enterprise organizations scale their technology teams with pre-vetted, interview-ready engineers through IT consulting and staff augmentation. For this engagement, we need SAP MM/WM resources based in South America who can support a customer during North/Central time. You will be part of a timezone-aligned delivery effort, providing enterprise-ready support to ensure day-to-day SAP MM/WM operations run smoothly for the business stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Support the customer’s SAP MM/WM needs during the required coverage window: 9:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring requirements and updates are understood in both Spanish and English.
• Handle customer requests related to SAP MM/WM work as directed by the engagement scope.
• Follow the client’s process for coordination, issue tracking, and resolution.
• When requested, travel to Colombia or Chile to support delivery activities.

Work setup

We will tailor the work setup to the client needs within Colombia or Chile localization. You will support the customer from 9:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST, with Spanish and English communication required. If the customer requests it, travel to Colombia or Chile may be needed as part of the engagement.

Nice to have

• Previous customer-facing experience supporting SAP MM/WM users and processes.
• Experience working in Colombia or Chile delivery environments (local business processes, terminology, and practical configuration knowledge).
• Comfort working in a timezone-aligned support model and coordinating across teams during the CST window.
• Adaptability for travel-based support when required by the customer.
