The WW BPR Data Privacy PMO is the program management and business change function driving Apple's global data privacy compliance execution. This role sits at the intersection of readiness management, execution governance, and stakeholder communications - ensuring the program operates with clarity, pace, and accountability at every level.

Description

You will play a meaningful role within the Program Management Office (PMO) supporting Apple's global data privacy compliance initiatives. This person will work across a range of capacities - from driving day-to-day execution readiness and cross-functional alignment, to owning program communications and reporting infrastructure that keeps senior leadership informed and confident. In addition, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-profile, cross-functional compliance programs that span multiple Apple organizations and carry strict regulatory deadlines.

This role owns three core areas of responsibility:

Shared PMO Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end program readiness tracking across all work-streams.

Proactively identify and resolve readiness gaps before they become critical path risks.

Coordinate cross-functional execution of data privacy initiatives.

Maintain governance over scope, timeline, and dependencies.

Own program communications infrastructure including status reports and executive dashboards.

Establish and maintain a single source of truth for program status, risks, and decisions.

Support PMO standards, tools, and frameworks.

Contribute to portfolio-level reporting and cross-program impact assessments.

Train and mentor program team members on delivery best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or Master's degree preferred.

Ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and drive cross-functional alignment under pressure.

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese or other Asian languages.

Solid ability to personally deliver large-scale initiatives with high levels of complexity and competing priorities.

Proven ability to drive alignment across large, matrixed organizations on scope, schedule, and resource commitments under tight deadlines.

Experience integrating business transformation with systems architecture, operating model design, and organizational change management.

MacOS Proficiency - comfortable working natively in the Apple ecosystem including Keynote, Pages, and related productivity tools.

Communication & Stakeholder Management - demonstrated ability to manage relationships across Legal, Privacy, IS&T, and business stakeholders at all levels.

Project & Change Management - strong command of project management methodologies and change management principles.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of program or portfolio management experience in complex, cross-functional, and compliance-driven environments.

3+ years experience in readiness management and execution governance across large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs.

3+ years experience building and owning program reporting infrastructure: dashboards, weekly status reports, risk logs, and executive briefings.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a relevant field.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $114,900 and $172,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
