I am representing a rapidly growing financial technology firm serving ultra-high net worth families, investment advisors, and asset managers. This Client Service Associate role sits at the heart of the business. You'll be the primary point of contact for our most important relationships, managing ongoing support and onboarding for high-profile clients while working closely with our lean, collaborative team. This is an opportunity to shape how we deliver on our mission to provide customizable, best-in-class wealth management software at a pivotal growth moment.


What You'll Do

  • Serve as the trusted relationship manager for UHNW families and their investment advisors, understanding their unique needs and translating them into solutions
  • Communicate client requirements to internal teams and manage projects through completion, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Configure and maintain our platform to match each client's specific portfolio setup and operational requirements
  • Track and prioritize change requests and feature requests, following progress with operations and technology teams
  • Provide foundational client training and respond to questions about our suite of tools and reporting products
  • Assist with new client onboarding, taking them through setup, configuration, and early-stage relationship building
  • Build and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with clients so they feel supported and heard
  • Step in and support other areas of the company as needed to ensure client success


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience accepted (CFA preferred but not required)
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry, particularly in client services, portfolio administration, or client and performance reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
