Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire onboarding process: identify funnels, develop 1v1 relations, and onboard technicians to the platform.
• Handle the day-to-day activities of the onboarded professionals.
• Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications to the onboarded professionals.
• Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data.
