About the Role

Peterson Technology Partners (PTP) is looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to support and strengthen our onboarding and client/consultant success operations.

This role will work closely with our existing operations team and play an important role in ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and consultants throughout the onboarding and engagement lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and relationship-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of issues from start to resolution.

What You'll Do

• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for consultants
• Serve as a key point of contact for consultants throughout their engagement
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Coordinate onboarding documentation, compliance requirements, background checks, timesheets, and other operational activities
• Address consultant questions and concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Proactively identify potential issues and take ownership before they impact the client or consultant experience
• Partner with recruiting, sales, HR, payroll, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all onboarding and engagement processes are completed on time
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and the overall client and consultant experience
• Support the operations team with day-to-day activities and help manage workload across the function

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in operations, onboarding, client success, consultant management, staffing operations, or workforce management
• Experience working with IT staffing, technology services, consulting, or professional services is preferred
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong ownership and problem-solving ability
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable communicating with clients and consultants on a regular basis
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

• Consultants experience a smooth and well-managed onboarding process
• Client requests and consultant concerns are addressed quickly and professionally
• Strong communication and relationships are maintained throughout engagements
• Operational issues are identified and resolved proactively
• Processes are consistently followed and continuously improved
• The overall client and consultant experience continues to improve
