Be part of a high performing team of solution-oriented learning partners and influence positive change across several Corporate Functions businesses and Talent globally.

As a Learning Program Associate within Human Resources, you will apply sound judgment, cross-functional coordination, and continuous quality control to drive program success, compliance posture, and audit-readiness. You will manage learning needs tied to key business drivers, including CPE eligibility, facilitator preparation and adjustments, and compliance-sensitive audience updates. You will use approved AI tools to accelerate execution at scale while owning the outcome and the accountability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer learning records and rosters in the firm's Learning Management System (LMS) and submit administrative requests (course creation, digital content uploads, etc.) into a Portfolio Management tool.
  • Own the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) submission process end-to-end, gathering and submitting required data and forms to the firm's CPE Credit team to qualify courses and award credit.
  • Own the team's budget tracker, recording invoices and spend on a timely basis while escalating budget-related risks to management.
  • Perform upkeep across Finance, Internal Audit, and HR courses—including audience/assignment updates, link/asset maintenance, evergreen activities, and tracking—serving as accountable owner to keep the full course inventory current, standards-compliant, and audit-ready month over month.
  • Manage the end-to-end operational responsibilities behind the live GF&BM Capstone program, Auditor-in-Charge Training, and other programs, serving as the point of contact for all stakeholders to ensure each program runs seamlessly.
  • Partner with team VPs to execute scheduling, participant coordination, logistics, materials management, vendor/facilitator coordination, and milestone tracking.
  • Partner with Conference Center, Audio/Visual, and Facilities personnel to reserve classrooms and arrange logistics per course requirements.
  • Partner with team VPs and the firm's instructional design and development teams to refine training materials for maximum readability and learner absorption, and develop new ways to measure learning effectiveness—translating findings into executive-level presentations that drive changes in approach.
  • Draft and manage training enrollment, reminder, and follow-up communications for targeted audiences; keep learners informed on training status and logistics; and resolve relevant LMS tickets through to completion.
  • Administer the team's information repositories (landing pages, AI-discoverable knowledge articles); own special projects including compiling training data for regulatory requests and preparing executive summaries; and partner with business groups on training-hours reporting while advancing AI-enabled data-sharing dashboards.
  • Apply approved AI tools to increase the efficiency, quality, and scalability of learning operations—streamlining repetitive work (drafting communications, summarizing feedback, organizing reporting data, maintaining records) while serving as the quality-control layer to validate every output for accuracy and compliance, and recommending process improvements that pair AI tooling with human oversight.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning or program management
  • Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple projects concurrently; excellent attention to detail, with a demonstrated sense of urgency in delivering accurate work on time
  • Demonstrated AI proficiency, including applying approved AI tools to improve productivity and quality of work, and willingness to learn and adopt new AI-enabled workflows
  • Ability to manage direction from multiple VPs, organizing, prioritizing, and escalating conflicts in a timely manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; proven track record of building positive working relationships
  • Self-starter who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and effective under pressure, able to independently research and network with peers firmwide, and willing to take personal responsibility and accountability

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Work experience within an HR function
  • Experience administering courses in an Learning Management System (LMS), using survey software to build course feedback forms, and building/updating knowledge articles and other strategic sites
