Customer Success Specialist

We’re hiring Customer Success talent in Nashville and Manchester for the professional audio market.

This is not a traditional partner relations role.

We want people who are technically strong, commercially aware, customer-obsessed, and hungry to grow.

You should have solid pre- and post-sales technical experience, a passion for touring sound and installed sound, and the energy to spend 50%+ of your time in the field with customers.

We care more about attitude, curiosity, pace, and potential than titles or years in the industry.
