Our Culture
- We have hubs in the Bay Area, NYC, Austin, Toronto, and São Paulo. However, we maintain a remote-first work culture. #WorkFromAnywhere
- We hire talented, self-motivated individuals with extreme ownership and high growth orientation.
- We value performance and not hours worked. We believe you shouldn't have to miss your family dinner, your kid's school play, friends get-together, or doctor's appointments for the sake of adhering to an arbitrary work schedule.
- Remote - Brazil (São Paulo)
- From Home / Beach / Mountain / Cafe / Anywhere!
- We are a remote-first company with a globally distributed team. So you can find your productive zone and work from there.
You'll manage a handful of customers and act as their stakeholder within Sardine, helping maximize the value of our products and services. In addition, you will collaborate daily with Sardine teams to help customers meet their risk, fraud, compliance, and payment needs, including risk analytics, data science, integrations, and products.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own strategic relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for large-scale enterprise accounts, managing day-to-day needs and identifying "big picture" opportunities to maximize customer ROI.
- Drive account growth: Proactively identify expansion and upsell opportunities within major accounts to meet long-term revenue and growth goals.
- Lead implementation & go-live: Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, coordinating with Implementation Engineers and Product Managers to ensure successful account launches.
- Provide technical & fraud advisory: Translate complex product and technology issues into simple, actionable solutions, and advise clients on fraud prevention and compliance best practices.
- Monitor fraud & performance KPIs: Build, track, and communicate key metrics — fraud rates, system performance — to clients, providing strategic analysis to support long-term account growth.
- Partner across teams: Work with Solutions Architects, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts to proactively identify new fraud typologies and communicate findings to customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Full professional fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person meetings across stakeholder levels.
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS account management (Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Solutions Architect), ideally with a technical product in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Background in at least two of: payments, fraud, crypto, or compliance — including familiarity with the Brazilian market, payment processing, fraud typologies, and KYC/AML/sanctions screening.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using BI tools and AI to inform and enhance work.
- Working knowledge of API integrations, sufficient to provide first-level technical support in partnership with Integrations and Support Engineer teams.
