Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication with customers, promptly responding to inquiries regarding products and after-sales services to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage the after-sales operations of energy storage sites, monitor on-site performance, and continuously optimize operational efficiency.
- Identify and assess issues occurring at project sites and coordinate internal and external resources to resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with after-sales contract terms agreed between the company and customers, maintaining high service standards.
- Assist in evaluating after-sales service terms for new projects, support project delivery and implementation, and ensure a smooth handover to the after-sales phase.
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, proactive communication, and continuous service improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or after-sales service management; experience in the energy storage, renewable energy, or power industry is preferred.
- Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments is preferred.
- Fluent English is required as the working language; additional European languages such as German, Spanish, French, or Italian are considered a plus.
- Strong project management skills, familiar with after-sales service processes and operational management, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively work with customers and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- PMP or other project management certifications are preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently and the ability to adapt to different working environments and multicultural teams.
