我们诚聘如下职位 Position : Customer Engagement and Service Manager/Specialist 职务名称- 客户与供应链业务经理/业务专员 He or she will be responsible for the delivery of supply -chain traceability in greater China region to meet the project requirement of Brand and Retailer based in Europe and the USA .

We offer the flexibility for this position to be home-based 本岗位可以选择居家办公模式，负责管理欧美品牌商 - 纺织服装供应链追溯项目在大中国区的实施。

Scope of work including but not limit to 主要工作职责如下

• Manage the traceability project implementation in the region by working closely with global project manager & other team members . 通过与全球项目经理及欧美品牌在本地区的项目联系人合作，负责管理品牌商在大中华区的全球追溯项目实施，协助并确保纤维、纱线、面料和服装等相关供应链企业，通过TG平台满足品牌的追溯要求。
• Efficiently manage and sustain relationships with key contact personnel in regional brand offices

有效管理TG公司与品牌商在大中华区项目负责人的合作关系

• Follow up and support our textile supply chain partner on platform registration ,provide in-depth training and resolve various issues users encounter while using the platform 协助项目相关的纺织企业（如纤维、纱线、面料、服装等）使用TG追溯平台，提供培训，并解决企业在使用过程中遇到的各种问题。
• Work with development team for product improvement based on first-hand feedback and market insight. 根据企业对TG平台的反馈以及大中华区纺织服装行业的特点，与印度开发部门的同事合作，完善和拓展TG平台的各项功能。
• Manage relationships with key supply chain partners and industry organization 管理与大中国区主要供应链企业、行业组织的关系 Required Competencies 岗位要求 1. 10+ Years working experience in textile industry,certification body or in sustainability domain,familiar with textile industry end to end supply chain,good knowledge of sustainable material will be a plus 具有7-10年纺织企业或可持续发展领域的工作经验，熟悉纺织产业链上中下游企业（原料、纱线、织造、染整、服装及品牌）。了解各种纺织环保原料（如再生涤、人棉、棉花和动物纤维等）的应聘者将优先考虑但不是必要条件。
• Excellent written and spoken English skills

优秀出色的英语听说读写能力

• Proven project management experience, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously

具备一定的项目管理经验 ，能够同时处理多个任务

• Customers focus with good oral and written communication skill to drive results 以客户为中心，具备出色的口头和书面沟通能力
• Ability to take ownership of issue , strong “ can -do “ attitude and good problem solving skills

积极主动，具备优秀的解决问题能力

• Proficient in data analysis with extensive experience using office software tools 优秀的数据分析能力，熟练掌握PPT,EXCEL等办公室软件
• Overseas working or studying experience is a plus but not a must 有海外工作或学习经验者优先
• Experience in Certification Body (GRS/RWS /OCS etc.)Transaction Certification or supply chain traceability is a plus but not a must 熟悉相关认证标准(GRS/RCS/RWS/OCS等标准)，交易证书或供应链追溯项目相关工作经验的优先 但不是必要条件。
