Manager (IC), Existing Seller Growth - Marketplace China

We are looking for a Manager (IC) with solid cross-border e-commerce expertise to drive growth for top/Strategic Walmart-committed sellers. This role focuses on sustaining and deepening established platform relationships, executing structured seller management plans, and delivering consistent, measurable GMV growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Seller Relationship Management: Own day-to-day management of assigned top sellers. Build strong, trust-based relationships, deeply understand their business needs, and proactively identify opportunities to grow their Walmart GMV.
• Growth Planning & Execution: Develop and execute structured seller growth plans in collaboration with the Sr. Manager. Track performance against targets and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Category Insights & JBP: Share relevant category insights, market trends, and platform best practices with sellers. Support the development of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to drive sustainable growth.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure sellers are operationally ready — supporting WFS adoption, listing quality, assortment expansion, and pricing competitiveness.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams on seller-specific needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field

• At least 4 of experience in seller management, account management, or category operations within a cross-border e-commerce or marketplace environment

• Proven track record of managing established seller relationships and delivering consistent GMV growth

• Solid analytical skills — ability to interpret data, identify performance gaps, and translate findings into actionable plans

• Strong communication skills with sellers and internal stakeholders; comfortable working within a structured team environment

• Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline and follow-through

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese

• Location: Shenzhen/Shanghai/Hangzhou/Xiamen
