Project Manager (Delivery)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Delivery) to oversee customer communications and onboarding support for BMC software licenses and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, and partners. This role is critical in ensuring smooth vendor onboarding, contract management, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Customer Email Communication: Manage day to day email correspondence with customers regarding BMC software licenses and support.

Vendor Onboarding Support:

Collaborate with the customers main contact o understand the vendor registration process and coordinate internally to provide necessary information. Contract Management Support: Work with internal teams to prepare, review, and manage customer contracts related to BMC software licenses and support services.

Partner Coordination Support:

Liaise with BMC and other partners to obtain quotations, follow up on requests, and manage related communications.

Bid and Commercial Support:

Assist offshore bid teams in preparing commercial documents, including P&L and bid materials.

Reporting:

Create, update, and maintain weekly and quarterly reports related to opportunities and revenue forecasts.

Meeting Management:

Schedule and manage meetings with customers, partners, and internal teams, and prepare and distribute Minutes of Meeting (MoM).

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams. Experience in contract management and vendor onboarding processe

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with BMC software products and licensing. Experience in preparing commercial documents and bid materials. Knowledge of revenue forecasting and reporting tools. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in project management or a related role. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
